The Budget for 2024 was presented by the Minister of Finance and Employment Clyde Caruana on 30 October 2023.
This is the Government’s second budget in this legislature, where once again it has renewed its social and economic emphasis considering the challenges brought about by climate change, tensions in the Middle East, and increasing inflation, in particular the increasing energy costs.
