Kathleen Busuttil joined DFK Malta as a Tax Director in 2024, specialising in Tax and VAT advisory services. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta in 2006. With 18 years of experience in one of the Big Four audit firms, primarily in senior roles, Kathleen has provided tax guidance to a diverse portfolio of local clients. Her recent work has included involvement in significant transactions related to immovable property projects and group restructuring exercises.  Additionally, she has assisted numerous family businesses with succession planning and has participated in various conferences and seminars on these topics.
