The SME Fund can help you protect many different assets, including trade marks, designs, patents and plant varieties.
The SME Fund is a European Commission initiative implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and has been launched again this year.
This Fund has been open since the 22nd of January and will close on the 6th of December 2024. Funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
