During the past days, the Malta Business Registry has issued an important notice to the Company officers on the new register of BO (Beneficiary Owners) procedures.
This applies to companies for which a corporate shareholder is present in the structure of the Company.
If this applies to your company, you will be notified by our office when this falls due. Please make sure to let us know of any changes in the shareholders, directors, and senior managing officials of the Company.
Failure to comply with these obligations will result in penalties by the Malta Business Registry.
