DFK Malta is seeking a dedicated Executive Recruiter ready to take the next step in their career and join our team. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing and ultimately bringing exceptional employees on board. This dynamic role involves managing recruitment for both DFK Malta and its clients, while supporting the employee life cycle from job offer to onboarding. Role and Responsibilities

Executive & Client Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients.
  • Assisting clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

Internal Recruitment & Employee Life Cycle:

  • Handle recruitment for internal departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality hiring processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and first day integration. 
  • Facilitate off-onboarding processes by equipment collection and clearance processes with relevant departments.

Employer Branding & Career Fairs:

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives.
  • Build relationships with universities and professional institutions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a similar position, either within an agency or in internal talent acquisition.
  • A self-motivated, mature, and organised individual.
  • Capable of multitasking and problem-solving.
  • A motivated and proactive individual with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong team player.
