Job Description

We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of the company’s social media content and online presence. As a team of self-starters, we value initiative, collaboration, and fresh thinking. You’ll work independently to plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms, helping us tell our story, grow our brand, and engage meaningfully with our audience.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, graphics, short videos, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage community interactions and messages.
  • Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, product launches, or events.
  • Keep up to date with trends and tools in social media, design, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of key platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools).
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and refine strategy.
