DFK Malta, in partnership with our client, a well-established printing and merchandise provider in Malta, is seeking a Part-time Sales Representative to support their growing sales operations. Our client specialises in customised apparel, workwear, promotional items, and digital printing solutions, including screen printing, sublimation, UV printing, embroidery, and more, serving a wide range of clients across Malta.
Job Description
As a Part-time Sales Representative, the right candidate will actively contribute to the company’s growth by identifying new prospects, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads for the company’s printing and promotional merchandise services.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone and social channels to present the company’s services and qualify potential clients.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects and maintain communication to support conversion into closed sales.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Maltese.
- Previous experience in sales and cold calling is highly preferred.
- Comfortable using your own computer and contacting clients.
- Goal-oriented, practical, and naturally passionate about closing deals.
- Knowledge of printing, merchandising, or promotional products is an advantage (training will be provided).
Offer
- Fully remote position & mobile allowance.
- Flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours per week).
- Opportunity to earn high commissions.
- Hourly rate of €9–10, depending on experience.
