Job Description

As a Sales Executive, the job involves selling the company's advertising and sponsorship options. If you have similar sales experience in online news portals and a tertiary-level education, particularly in business studies, communications, or events management, this position offers excellent opportunities for career development.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the client's advertising and sponsorship options to potential
  • clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential advertisers and sponsors, building and
  • maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales
  • opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly resolving their needs and
  • issues.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge in digital or online services, preferably in news or publishing
  • media.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, WordPress, and Adobe
  • Suite is a plus.
