Job Description
As a Junior HR and Regulatory Executive, the right candidate will act as a representative of the HR department while working collaboratively to provide support across other departments. You’ll be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal regulations. The role also involves assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, while contributing to a positive workplace culture through training and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you’ll maintain ISO compliance, conduct audits, prepare documentation, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality standards are met. This position is ideal for someone with HR DNA: proactive, driven & eager to grow further along the HR career path within the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in handling employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in managing recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR standards.
- Participate in training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and culture-building efforts.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards across the organisation.
- Conduct regular internal ISO audits and prepare required documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions related to ISO practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote adherence to quality management and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and organisational excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience or studies in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of labour laws, HR processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or willingness to undergo training.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
