Job Description
As a Junior Compliance Officer, the candidate will ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage compliance procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations as required.
- Draft, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively identify and address compliance risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, international environment.
