Job Description

As a Junior Client Accountant, the right candidate will be responsible for customer follow-up, managing accounting software, invoicing, and overseeing day-to-day operations of client companies.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of client companies.
  • Conduct customer follow-up and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle invoicing and manage accounting software.
  • Prepare management accounts and VAT returns.
  • Process payroll and perform secretarial duties.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required by clients.
  • Work under the supervision of the team manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, or invoicing concepts.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Sage Pastel Evolution is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Willingness to learn and develop client follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant accounting or finance qualification/certification is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate with the team.
  • Interest in gaining experience in international business support.
