Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring deliverables are completed successfully.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and guide clients through the change process.
- Advise and support clients in optimizing business processes through innovative IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing business requirements with technological solutions.
- Conduct on-site client visits to facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of previous software development experience.
- Fluency in Maltese and English, with access to own transport.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience dealing with clients and stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience installing and maintaining SQL databases.
