Job Description
As a Junior IT Business Solutions Analyst, the right candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions. The responsibilities include assisting in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IT solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves transforming ideas into action through a mix of strategic thinking, analytical insight, and tech expertise.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes alongside senior experts.
- Gather requirements and help design solutions that bridge business and technology.
- Collaborate across departments to implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Work with solution architects and developers to design effective IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and system design documents.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and the IT department.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop UAT test cases and related documentation.
- Execute test cases in-house with developers to provide feedback on software before client release.
Requirements
- A degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for innovation and for learning how business and technology connect.
- Must be fluent in English and Maltese and have own transport.
