Job Description
As a Hotel Manager, the right candidate will supervise a charming luxury hotel in Malta, working collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. We’re looking for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation across all areas of the property.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
- Manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the directors to implement strategic initiatives while maintaining the property’s unique character.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in a boutique or small luxury hotel is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent understanding of guest service standards and operational procedures.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance metrics.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is considered an asset.
