We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive who will report to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate must possess qualifications in accounting or be currently pursuing them, along with previous experience in similar roles. Role and Responsibilities
  • Issuing Sales Invoices: Help maintain accurate records and ensure their finances are in check.
  • Supporting the Finance Team: Collaborate with the finance team and work closely with the CFO.
  • Following Up on Debtors: Ensure timely payments through efficient follow-ups.
  • Posting & Reconciling Creditors' Invoices: Manage creditor accounts effectively.
  • Processing Payments: Guarantee that financial commitments are met on time.
  • Petty Cash Reconciliation: Maintain balanced petty cash accounts.
  • Posting General Journals: Assist with journal postings as needed.
  • Maintaining Spreadsheets & Generating Reports: Organize data and deliver valuable insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on exciting challenges assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Accounting Knowledge: A-Level standard in Accounting or early ACCA studies? You’re the ideal fit!
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English; knowledge of Maltese is a plus!
  • Team Player: An enthusiastic individual ready to contribute to a collaborative and positive workplace.
  • Efficiency: Capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
